Must be obtained with at least 50% of wine from carbon maceration of grapes. Upon release for consumption, it must have the following characteristics:
COLOUR: ruby red
BOUQUET: vinous, intense, fruity
FLAVOUR: pleasant, still
TOTAL MINIMUM ALCOHOL CONTENT BY VOLUME: 11.00 % vol.
