For the "Reggiano Lambrusco" type, the grape production zone comprises the entire territory of the municipalities of: Albinea, Bagnolo in Piano, Baiso, Bibbiano, Boretto, Brescello, Cadelbosco Sopra, Campegine, Canossa, Carpineti, Casalgrande, Castellarano, Castelnuovo Sotto, Cavriago, Correggio, Fabbrico; and, in part, the administrative territories of the following municipalities: Gattatico, Gualtieri, Guastalla, Montecchio Emilia, Novellara, Poviglio, Quattro Castella, Reggio Emilia, Reggiolo, Rio Saliceto, Rubiera, San Martino in Rio, San Polo d'Enza, Scandiano, Vezzano sul Crostolo, Viano.
For the "Reggiano Rosso" type, the grape production zone comprises the entire territory of the municipalities of: Bagnolo in Piano, Bibbiano, Cadelbosco Sopra, Campagnola, Campegine, Casalgrande, Cavriago, Correggio, Fabbrico, Gualtieri, Guastalla, Montecchio Emilia, Novellara, Reggio Emilia, Reggiolo, Rio Saliceto, Rolo, Rubiera, S.Ilario d'Enza, San Martino in Rio, Scandiano.
